How to use

• If you have large round eyes, apply 24ORE WATERPROOF MAT Eyeliner in a thick horizontal line and extend it out a little to pull off a dramatic look. If your eyes are small, apply a thin line of 24ORE WATERPROOF Eyeliner, ending with a perfect feline flick.
• Sometimes I smudge the flick with a brush to achieve a softer, less graphic effect. If your eyes are hooded or downturned, don’t worry because 24ORE WATERPROOF MAT Eyeliner will make them pop!
